Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
After trying a bunch of programs, I settled with LucidChart! It is super easy to use for my clients and I can build charts out live during my client strategy sessions. This helps us both visualize the process and make it easy on both ends. I love that you can save certain templates and pieces to integrate over and over.
Lucidchart is used with every client our company has and is essential on making things work as a whole. Without this program, things would be a bit messy and cumbersome.

- Everything is drag and drop without needing a bunch of tweaking
- Endless options when building
- Easy to navigate and figure out if you are just starting
- More shape options
- The documents drop down is confusing on how it's laid out
- More flowchart options
- It has improved my client turn around time by 3 hours
- I easily book 2k+ jobs now
- Keeps everything organized
I don't use any of the integrations because they aren't needed. I do love having the ability to have a sharing link to send to my clients.

I selected Lucidchart for the ability of ease of use. There are a lot of similar product but they had limitations. The reason I chose Lucid is for the ability to save flowchart shapes, duplicate templates, and how fast it is to build (the arrows were hard to use in other programs). I also LOVE the fact I can include sticky notes on my chart.
