Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

[Lucidchart is] user friendly[,] so it won't be hard to kick start.
We used the Lucidchart as a kind of whiteboard for one of our brainstorming session. Where everyone will be posting their ideas, suggestions and design diagrams on the chart. Finally, we will be accumulating those ideas to make a final decision. In this way, we felt every ideas are tracked to convert into action points.

Lucidchart is the only application was suggested to me by my colleagues. I haven't used anything similar to lucid chart before.
[Lucidchart is well suited] for brainstorming sessions, developing design diagrams, UML diagrams, notes taking, keeping track of the personal works, sticky notes and less feasible for project management as it doesn't supports the major features of jira.
