Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I was able to get a diagram complete without having any training or manual to be able to start a new diagram and show the end result to our project team. Once I started using [Lucidchart] I can find many different ways to use it as one of our tools for any of our projects.
We use it to document any data flows and processes within our solution that is been offered for a customer as well as documenting any outcomes for any of our project activities. We like how easy is to share and receive feedback and be able to collaborate as we are working on a document as a team. Great solution.

We use sales force platform and having this integration available is critical for our success during any of our projects as we can create and deliver immediate results by using this tool. Once we were able to link the information with the one for our projects we got immediate results
I have not contacted support so far, but just by the way we are using this tool internally, I would expect the best from your customer support team. Great job developing this tool and all features and options available for it. I would not hesitate to contact if needed at any time.

Easy and available tool without having to consume excessive resources to achieve the goal. Having the ability to create right and there any process flows and charts, the availability of standard shapes provides an easy way to communicate ideas and enhancements to a new project and be easy to understand by the rest of the project team.
