Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

The design is very simple and elegant. Especially the desktop version is quite great. There are a few ups and downs on mobile/iPad but still works as a charm. I can't even imagine how difficult my life would be without this. Although it would be better if there was an in-app integration with Google Docs or something.
Lucidchart comes as a savior in life when there is a lot of data points to be exchanged between the teams. I found the value when I could just picture the workflows better. The only missing point I notice[d] here is if it could convert my handwritten flowcharts into a digital flow chart.

Pretty much not sure how to use losing chat with these apps but learning about the integration that it brings to the table brings a lot of opportunity on my side as well so I would be looking forward to check[ing] these integrations out. I have used the Google Docs integration as an extension but still, it takes me to the app itself which is [a] kind of negative experience.
Overall this app has brought a lot of value to my life be it conducting meetings or creating prerequisite documents for my team it has solved a lot of queries and workflows which are hard to summarise in words and just a few clicks. Love this app.

Lucidchart comes [in] handy while not replacing all the apps that you currently use but as an extra tool that I used along with all these apps for communication and knowledge transfer.
The point where Lucidchart brought so much efficiency to my workflows is just amazing and great.
Exchange of data points among team members for [a] better understanding of workflows. There are times when it is difficult to explain just through words on a video call which is when this comes [in] super handy. Just an easy addition to the daily routine of my product management job.
