Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It does take a certain amount of time to appropriately view the learning materials provided, as well as an understanding of the function of flow charts. It is particularly well-suited to those with a business school background, but is not so hard to learn that it can't be mastered by the average user.
We use Lucidchart to illustrate our business plans during our strategy sessions. We are a small but growing company, and as such are planning multiple mergers/acquisitions. Lucidchart gives us on the Executive Team, our Board of Directors, and our investors the 10,000-foot-view of our direction. With the powerful visualization tools Lucidchart provides, we are able to make changes to our flows and organizational charts on the fly, creating a more cohesive vision for our partners and associates.

Lucidchart is well-suited for complex businesses with multiple partner/affiliate organizations. The current structure can be visualized and examined, and future growth can be mapped out visually. As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words. Lucidchart cuts out the need for long, drawn-out explanations, providing a powerful visual tool for the decision-makers to use.
