Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

Working for a consultant company, we use this as part of the consulting team of 4 to collaborate and brainstorm live during workshops. Sometimes solely internal other times a collaborative effort with the client.
  • brainstorming within teams in presentable fashion
  • collaborative interactions
  • cloud based software
  • collaborate with Google Suite docs and/or meetings would be great
  • meeting effectiveness
  • efficiency and creativity
Pretty simple to use and understand, especially when getting started. Only thing might be some useful hints/tip videos at the start. There [are] some features that are good on there that I didn't know about until someone else pointed out that looked better visually for what I was trying to achieve.
I didn't realize that there was a Google Drive/Slack integration possibility. I'm assuming this may be an added-on feature so I've not explored it but good to know there is a possibility. This would be a great add-on as my company uses Google Suite.
Performance wise, Lucidspark is really good and reliable. I don't ever seem to recall a downtime period where I could access it, at least during normal working hours. My company didn't have a virtual way to whiteboard so this proved useful.
It is an extremely good tool, it solves a business need internally for collaborations whilst supporting a business need with client stakeholders. As a consultant it facilitates easy brainstorming and real time designing in a presentable way with a client that limits rework from initial sessions, saving me time as well.

It's more intuitive from the offset, you can pick this up and start quite easily with little to no previous knowledge so makes it easier to onboard a new team member on what we're doing ways of working, so the focus is more on the ideas generated with the tool facilitating this, whereas Microsoft Teams required giving a new team member a training session on how to use it before they felt comfortable and confident to use this, particularly in front of a client.

Great tool as working with a lot of team members remotely now due to climate circumstance and wider colleagues in different regions. Allows all other colleagues to pick up work in their own time.
