Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark
Working for a consultant company, we use this as part of the consulting team of 4 to collaborate and brainstorm live during workshops. Sometimes solely internal other times a collaborative effort with the client.
- brainstorming within teams in presentable fashion
- collaborative interactions
- cloud based software
- collaborate with Google Suite docs and/or meetings would be great
- meeting effectiveness
- efficiency and creativity
I didn't realize that there was a Google Drive/Slack integration possibility. I'm assuming this may be an added-on feature so I've not explored it but good to know there is a possibility. This would be a great add-on as my company uses Google Suite.
Performance wise, Lucidspark is really good and reliable. I don't ever seem to recall a downtime period where I could access it, at least during normal working hours. My company didn't have a virtual way to whiteboard so this proved useful.
Do you think Lucidspark delivers good value for the price?
Not sure
Are you happy with Lucidspark's feature set?
Yes
Did Lucidspark live up to sales and marketing promises?
I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process
Did implementation of Lucidspark go as expected?
I wasn't involved with the implementation phase
Would you buy Lucidspark again?
Yes
It's more intuitive from the offset, you can pick this up and start quite easily with little to no previous knowledge so makes it easier to onboard a new team member on what we're doing ways of working, so the focus is more on the ideas generated with the tool facilitating this, whereas Microsoft Teams required giving a new team member a training session on how to use it before they felt comfortable and confident to use this, particularly in front of a client.
