Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Could use improvement on ease of use. Sometimes it's hard to get what you want it to do without looking up a video/tutorial on how to do it. Sometimes there is no video/tutorial for what you want to do. Sometimes you just plain can't do it.
We are using Lucidcchart to develop org charts for our new business venture. It allows us to quickly make changes and have multiple people working on it remotely.

  • Dotted lines don't look pleasing when overlayed on another
  • Sometimes have issues trying to add a line relationship between people

Have not used this feature yet.
More short, specific tutorials would be beneficial. I would assume these will come with time.

[Microsoft] Visio works pretty good but is much more expensive and somewhat outdated. Lucidchart gives similar performance for a much better price. [Microsoft] Visio might be a better deal if bought in a package, but I am comparing individual product pricing. Both products work well
Good for scenarios where you need to get basic ideas across without getting too fancy. Not the best for customizing or adding your companies brand/style to it.
