Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Every system has a learning curve, but with Lucidchart it was very small. There is plenty of online documentation available and the system is very intuitive for users who have used other diagramming tools previously.
Lucidchart is primarily used to document our client's existing technology systems and IT processes for both internal and external documentation and to document our approach at updating or enhancing those systems.
  • Simple to use and easy to learn.
  • Great online documentation.
  • Lots of great features for integrating with other systems.
  • Better icon sets out of the box, but you can upload your own.
  • General documentation on diagraming best practices for beginners.
  • Professional detailed documentation for our clients
  • Time savings because of an easy-to-use system
  • More productive because of ease of sharing information
I have not integrated Lucidchart with any of our other productivity applications at this time.
I have not worked with the live support team, but there is plenty of online documentation and videos to guide you through the application when you run into issues. I have not experienced any technical issues at this time, just questions about how to use the application, which the videos were able to answer.

Our company has found that Lucidchart offers the features we needed at a more competitive price than Microsoft Visio. Users believe the system is more intuitive and easier to use than Visio.
Works really well for process mapping. I really like the ability to build action buttons on the diagrams to direct you to other diagrams or layers and add notes to icons to elaborate on a specific process, decision, or system.
