Lucidchart is easy and the way to go.

I learned of Lucidchart from a colleague at a prior company and brought my knowledge here. We've seen improvements immediately on our team, as we've been using it collaboratively, and this has allowed us to close information gaps within our small circle. A small bump in budget to splurge on the software, we've now been able to cut multiple conversations and save time due to our processes and workflows being so demonstrative.

I've not needed to use the support.

Lucidchart is best used for high level, work flow displays. It is necessary for department scaffolding and I love it to explain department structure and scaffolds.
