Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I’ve been extremely satisfied with the tool. Easy tools and user friendly buttons are intuitive without any steep learning curve. No need for hours of training videos to get started.
It address the gap between numbers/info and story. It helps solve the gap if I have data or info and need to show its impact by allowing others to easily digest the info.

Google connections is huge. Everything we do is on Google so have found it to be extremely collaborative and in sync with our operating tools. Salesforce implementation is up next and I can already expect how useful the integration will be.
Simple and easy design. It's a white board on steriods, perfect for use during the pandemic era.
