Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Lucidchart can be quite overwhelming, but it doesn't have to be. You have to be sure to start at the basics, but when starting at a large organisation, this can be overwhelming.
Lucidchart is being used to describe and visualize complex IT-system architecture. It is used to give a global overview and gives answers to the questions; what components are there, how do they communicate, and what are their roles. Currently, it is being used within a sub-department, but I can see it being used elsewhere.

  • More advanced tutorials
  • Ability to add documentation
We have use integrations with Slack; however, some more integrations are still welcome.

Lucidchart is well suited in big organisations with complex structures. It does not matter what field, but especially in IT, this can be the case. It is, however, also quite useful for a quick draft while in a meeting with a colleague, especially during the Covid outbreak. It is very useful to share information by drawing. You can see it as a more complex and more useful online whiteboard.
