Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I completed several layouts for my clients' consideration in a matter of hours. The interface and "usability" (is that a word?) has been fantastic.
I use it for architectural renderings as I am moving into home design and home renovation. I am not an architect, but Lucid allows me to play with ideas that I can ultimately present to an architect so that we have a starting point for a long-term solution.

Pros

  • Ease of use
  • Interface functionality
  • Wide array of options

Cons

  • Architecturally, there are certain things missing. Door types, chimneys, etc.
  • Too early to tell, but I'm confident in Lucid's positive value added.
I have not integrated with any other applications.
I have consulted with the help function a couple of times and been able to get answers to my questions.

I googled "Architecture Rendering Software" and up came Lucid. That's it.
It is incredibly well designed, making it very easy to use. I was up and running in a matter of minutes. I had completed a rendering of a two bedroom, two bath cottage for a client within a few hours. Since then I've created other layouts, added a garage, etc., all of which has been very easy to do.
