Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It does take some practice, and intuitive description is subjective at best.
Lucidchart is used in various ways by our organization. It's primarily used for mapping out user journeys, managing key accounts for the sales pipeline, managing the calendar for our travel writers. It is used across the whole organization. It helps to keep our costs minimal as we can optimally map out the schedules, thus cutting down on the wastage of time and resources.

  • Having a great learning system in place way of blogs and articles
  • Agile planning tools
  • The difference between Lucidspark and Lucidchart is ambiguous.
  • Could come up with an email newsletter every 2 weeks.
  • Could come up with more articles or use cases.
  • Helped keep our budget in control by mapping out every travel writers schedule and journey.
  • Improved performance of our fundraising team.
  • Helped with improving productivity of every individual on the team.
It has worked for some companies that I run but it might not be suited for those in the Fintech section.

Lucidchart is well suited for a department on the technical end and less for the marketing division. For the finance department, it might work, but some creativity is required. UI/UX teams should definitely invest in Lucidchart, as it provides hands-down one of the best experiences currently available in the market.
