Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I am still getting the hang of some of the features
We are using Lucidchart as a replacement for Microsoft Visio for flow charting SOX compliance controls and business processes.

Integration with slack is nice.
I have not used the support.

I like Lucidchart more
Lucidchart works well for SOX compliance and internal audit. I have also seen it work well for processes where there are a large number of deviations or exceptions to the process.
