Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

As a brand new user, I was able to jump right in and start using. I didn't have a lot of issues and figured it out pretty quickly.
Our organization uses Lucidchart to map out complex ideas and make them easy to digest and understand. Things like data models, ETL processes, and workflows are all tracked in Lucidchart and shared around to users and stakeholders. It makes it seamless to be able to convey the information and track how things are done.

  • Easy to share charts once created
  • Navigation elements are sometimes confusing
  • Time Savings
  • Improved transfer of ideas
We have not had a chance to use any of these integrations.

Lucidchart was more intuitive and easier to use.
Lucidchart is great for visualizing complex ideas. Laying them out graphically makes things easier to understand. It doesn't work so well for complex data modeling or scenarios when you need to embed information about the connections themselves.
