Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I was able to be up and running in 15 minutes without a huge learning curve.
We are using Lucidchart across our company. It helps quickly tell the story of our processes.
  • Organizational Charts
  • Flow Diagrams
  • The templates are great for quickly defining a process.
  • I am a new user so I don't have a lot of areas for improvement at this time.
  • Lucidchart is a huge time saver
  • Great collaboration
I am looking forward to using this as a tool for retrospectives.
I haven't needed support yet but am impressed with the features so far.
