Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

With a little bit of playing around, it's very easy to get the hang of. Simple drag and drop stuff.
Facilitates mind-mapping for personal development purposes and retention of newly learned material.

Pros

  • Very user friendly
  • Easy to manipulate and duplicate to account for changes/new information
  • Various styling options enhance retention of information

Cons

  • Have a mobile-friendly canvas option so you can create maps for viewing on the go.
  • Enhanced retention of training/workshop material
  • Useful in channeling objectives towards an end-goal / bigger picture
  • Highlights gaps in knowledge or areas for improvement
This has been useful as a reference point to retain and recall useful information prior to engagements with stakeholders.
I am yet to need support, therefore, nothing to report here.

Lucidchart is a super useful tool to pull together and organize individual silos of information/data that exist in the mind. Having the freedom to style, customize, and connect such information, in a way that suits you, makes it much easier to retain, recall and use such info at a later date. It is also very helpful in establishing a flow of data/info in your mind across various points to ensure there are no "blank spots" or "gaps" in memory.
