Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

The data model template was not intuitive.
We use it for project planning and modeling business processes and data. It is used across the whole organization for sharing information on the company wiki.

Integrates well with Atlassian Confluence. This is a major plus.
Some improvements in making it more intuitive and easier to navigate through My Documents.
