Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It's perfect in sync and easily able to use.
Lucidchart solves the problem of syncing and easily creating UML diagrams as well as inside organization processes that need to be explained to new employees. The great UI and design make this process much more fun and easy. When using such programs in college this was a nightmare because of the old and non-intuitive software that was in use.

Cloud-Based, easy to use, easy to license, easy to add new symbols and etc
Whenever I hear someone need to make a UML diagram, or even a presentation.
