Beauty in Simplicity

Lucidchart helps our team document complex flow automation in salesforce. The documentation is exported from Lucidchart to use in our own internal knowledge base articles. The entire company does not use Lucidchart, just the technical departments for documentation. As far as a business problem to address, the tool itself makes it easy to interpret complex automation. The diagrams created can break down the flows into readable chunks, as well as displaying a big picture of the logic.

I do not personally use this tool daily as the complex workflows we create are few and far between. Lucidchart has provided a simple way to achieve readable documentation.
