Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I think usability is the biggest strength of Lucidchart. I think it is a brilliant tool which allows a new user to jump into the tool and start working on it straight away. It has a simple interface and all the charts built look neat and nice. I would love to know if there is any interesting functions to learn further.
I use Lucidchart to make process maps in order to identify process flows and important steps. Some processes are quite complex because they require inputs through multiple platforms by different teams. Lucidchart is a very useful tool to map out all these steps. It looks very simple but it has extensive functions and designs. It is much easier and intuitive to create charts and edit them than any other tool I ever used. Using this tool, I believe I can efficiently develop process maps to identify where roadblocks and issues are in the process.

It is quite hard to rate the quality of support from Lucidchart yet. I think I need more time to assess this. However, I had a good impression about Lucidchart by talking with [...] yesterday. She is passionate and approachable. I believe I will get a good support if I encounter any issue.

To build process map, Lucidchart is much easier and intuitive then Visio. If I compare Lucidchart and Visio, Lucidchart will probably takes less than half time to build charts than Visio.
I think Lucidchart is a perfect tool for developing complex process maps. When a process is complex, you might need to continuously review to insert and edit steps of the process. As Lucidchart allows expanding the page size and multiselecting to move the charts, it is efficient to use Lucidchart to make the process map.
