Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

If you are not tech savy, navigating the program could be cumbersome. There are tons of options and there are no "directions". I often found myself googling how to do things.
We are using Lucidchart to develop an online interactive Org Chart. Our previous Org Chart was created through a manual time-consuming process and immediately became outdated once someone was hired or left the organization. With Lucidchart, I can easily refresh my data when someone is hired or leaves, and the information flows directly to our website.

  • Ability to add action buttons
  • Customer Service with user issues.
  • Positive- Ability to have an online interactive org chart.
  • Positive- save time by not having to manually create the org chart every semester.
We have not used any integrations yet.
The customer support didn't know exactly what my issue was just by a brief description. I often had to go into great details and send screenshots for what seemed to be an easy question. They were timely in their communication.

Lucidchart is well suited for Org Chart development as it has some great templates already built. For someone who is not tech savy, the software can be hard to use as there is not a lot of user guides or support.
