Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It's reducing the vast documentation and visually represents the personas/departments in the system.
Lucidchart is easy to manage the process flows between departments. I usually use swim lanes to manage the relationships between departments in Lucidhcart.

Easy to work with after integration and easy to open the file which attached in Jira for example.

draw.io is also a good tool, but compared to Lucidchart, which doesn't have many components. For the collaborative approach, Lucidchart is far better than others.
Lucidchart is a perfect tool for making the process flow diagram.
