Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It took me a few attempts to work out how to use it effectively.
Our team has grown exponentially and it becomes more difficult to use common tools like PowerPoint. Lucidchart enables you to produce aesthetically pleasing organizational charts with ease.
  • Designing organizational charts
  • Include an option to include dotted lines
  • It would be better if you didn't have to get a package for a team of 3. In my organization, there will only be two people using it.
We have not used this function.
It takes a while to find out how you can get support from the Lucidchart.
