Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I jumped into using it with very little tutorial, and understood the functions quickly and easily.
We are using Lucidchart to design a floorplan, and workflow for a new processing system. It is super helpful because I can make a layout using both actual pictures of equipment, or I can use textboxes to make it clearer. It is also a pretty intuitive software and doesn't require extensive tutoring, to become proficient.
  • Moves and follows workflow, as the diagram needs to be adjusted.
  • Allows you to add detail very easily.
  • It has a pretty robust toolkit built in.
  • The share-ability could be improved. Members outside my organization had some troubles opening files.
  • It has helped in our planning stages.
  • It has helped in the workflow designation with our employees.
It was very helpful in sharing the initial design, but we still needed a more robust application to finalize our plans. This was good for "roughing in" the ideas. I am looking forward to exploring integration more, when I have less of a time crunch. We didn't use any other applications in conjunction with Lucidchart.
I didn't use any support. Maybe in the future with something more complex.

It seems well suited for flooring layouts, workflow presentations, and any other application that integrates words and visual tools. It's nice for team sharing, as it's easy to use and intuitive.
It wouldn't be super great for super large layouts.
I haven't tried it with multi-page documents, but I'm planning on it in the near future.
