Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
I use Lucidchart for diagramming anything and everything. I especially like that it is a collaborative tool. A lot of diagrams I create are then maintained or enhanced from additional team members. Likewise, I am able to look at other diagrams shared with me as well. I like that it is a web tool as well! And it has many of the more current diagramming elements keeping our work very current.

- Vast library of elements.
- Collaborative tool.
- Web based.
- Being able to share with AD group and Email distribution rather then individuals only.
- Improved productivity.
- Time saving.
- Better at illustrative communication.
Have not explored this capability of Lucidchart but am eager to.
