Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Quite straighforward to use. Just need to get used to all the templates - a quick onboarding wizard would be useful
Lucidchart is used across our whole organization to keep track of our internal processes. We also use it in the marketing team to draw wireframes for landing pages or build flowcharts
