Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Lucidchart is very easy and intuitive to get into, even if you are not tech-savvy. Some of my colleagues had never used such a tool before but were able to quickly jump into it and found the interface quite easy to use. I am giving a rating of 8 because some of the more "technical" features could perhaps be made more user-friendly.
My company used Lucidchart to prepare a visual representation of a work breakdown structure for a project that we were undertaking. The product was used only by my department and allowed to solve the problem of having a visual and easy-to-understand representation of the work that would be required from our team.

  • Servers sometime load slowly.
  • The adding a team section could be more user-friendly.
  • Perhaps more shapes and objects could be useful.
  • Improved productivity in our team thanks to the teamwork function.
  • Saved time as we were able to quickly present to new members the overview of our project.
  • Allowed for a more visually-appealing approach to pitch our ideas.
We only used Lucidchart standalone and without any integration into other applications.
We have not had to reach out to Lucidchart support, however from looking on forums and searching through the web, it seems as though the support team of Lucidchart really is up to par and is able to come up with solutions to your problems quite easily, compared to other applications.

Lucidchart in my books is the superior application to the ones I have listed for the specific needs my team used it for. It provided a much easier setup process and the working space is much more clear to newcomers and people who have not used such an application before.
Lucidchart is suited perfectly for work scenarios where you are required to present a flowchart, team structure, work breakdown, or simply to convey in a more easy-to-understand way, via graphics, arrows, etc. ideas. Lucidchart is less appropriate if you are looking to have an actual task management tool.
