I'm still learning, but it is pretty easy to use.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I am using it to create swim lanes for all of my business development projects to help prioritize where to start and what to work on. It also helps to share it with my VP to discuss where we want to swim and to brainstorm new opportunities. Others who use Lucidchart at [...] will use it in other ways suited to their role.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Extremely easy to use
Nice looking layout that is easy on the eyes
Tons of customizable options that also add to the ease of use

Cons

It was a little difficult to navigate the template options for what I was looking for.
Maybe make template options for specific roles and titles.

Return on Investment

Not far enough along yet to determine ROI.
It will help with productivity and should save me some time.

Integrations

I haven't integrated Lucidchart with any other application yet.

Miro

I wasn't a Miro user but a Miro viewer and it seemed fine, but maybe not as user friendly.
