Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
It is a very user-friendly tool, used by Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, Test Managers, etc. for preparing, editing, reviewing, etc. their Architecture Diagrams, Infrastructure, and Network Diagrams, etc. I have just started using it for the last 2 months and find it very useful for my Test Strategy and Test Plan documents.
- Real-time updates across multiple users.
- Very user friendly with all the different features, shapes, etc.
- Lots of shapes, arrows, colors, etc.
- Have just started using it and so do not see any areas of improvement at this early stage.
- Improved performance.
- Time savings.
Integrates very well with Confluence which is used in our organization.
