I was able to start working after the intro instructions. As needed, I searched for instructions & was able to keep working.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Lucidchart is a good tool for diagramming. Instructions are available the first time you log in & a quick search will help you with anything else. I did struggle with creating PDFs and importing [them] into Microsoft Visio but I think that was a user error.
