Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Because of all the latest features, it provides which makes it easy to use. We can start on it without any prior experience or any training as it is user-friendly When we have to write the data flow from both the development perspective and the architectural perspective for better understanding from both ways.
We have used the Lucidchart in writing the ER diagrams and many more architectural diagrams. It is easily designable and provides a better understanding of the project. It has a lot of features so makes users try often in explaining the flow in the team or explaining the features added.

  • Nothing as such.
  • Time saving (as we can create self explanatory diagrams).
We have used many such integrations mainly AWS and GitHub. AWS features like adding ECS tasks Lambda, Dynamo DB, S3 buckets. Everything could be shown pictorially well and is defined well, which makes it a self-explanatory diagram for better understanding from all the levels of career. Helps in connecting Github for the added feature and makes the reviewer easy to understand
We really appreciate the support from Lucidchart. When the questions were asked they responded back in the stipulated time. They were knowledgeable enough to understand the question and make the necessary responses and they took our feedbacks to have more added features applicable. Really appreciate the support they showed for the needful asked.

We have used Lucidchart in our project for a better understanding of the development flow and architectural flow. It clearly helps us to show the relationship between the entities and tables in ER diagrams. It has many cloud-related features as well (for example s3 buckets lambda etc.) which makes it self-explanatory.
