Software solution design with remote collaboration. We use the diagraming tool frequently to show proof of concept to the squad and do brainstorming.
One of the issues we fixed with Lucid was doing synchronous remote collaboration, since our squad works from different countries and other alternatives did not allow frictionless remote collaboration.

I am working in the oil and gas industry in the Production department. Many times we need to make Simple process Charts To explain processes. At times, we used Lucid visual collaboration charts. It's easy and very useful. - Also used for Project planning. - The Visual is best. Too easy to understand and explain the Process. The best thing is Cloud collaboration with the team for discussion and modification, etc., so other team members can also contribute.

Using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, I and my team collaborate in sessions to discuss and brainstorm the situations and scenarios to finalize the work and development document. all our ideas and discussions were done under a single platform
