Software solution design with remote collaboration. We use the diagraming tool frequently to show proof of concept to the squad and do brainstorming.
One of the issues we fixed with Lucid was doing synchronous remote collaboration, since our squad works from different countries and other alternatives did not allow frictionless remote collaboration.

It's easy and very useful. - Also used for Project planning. - The Visual is best. Too easy to understand and explain the Process. The best thing is Cloud collaboration with the team for discussion and modification, etc., so other team members can also contribute.
