Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

The software is extremely user-friendly. From the moment you sign up for your account, you're automatically taken for a short site tour, making it easy to familiarize yourself with the plethora of tools available to you as a graph, chart, and collaborate. You can do everything from color coding, sticky-noting, commenting, etc.
There are many pre-defined designs for different groups kind of tutorials which helped me a lot to understand how easily I can use Lucidchart. It's extremely easy to make robust, clear charts and transport them between a spreadsheet and a graphical form, a must for manipulating large amounts of data.

While I was trying to design my product architecture and flow chart for my product. It was difficult for me to find easy icons such as image icons, document icons, icons for the queue, etc which are basic parts of any tech design. Like I had to search through all the available pre-build icons to find them.
I enjoy how Lucidchart provides excellent and intuitive design for collaboration, with comments, emojis, and GIF images to add spark along the way.

The grouping/ungrouping and locking help preserve and organize the chart components once they've solidified based on team feedback. The "create arrow" tool helps create a quick flow based on cards already built.
I loved its ease of use and collaboration tools. It's very easy to select a wide range of shapes and/or text boxes to quickly drag and drop onto the whiteboard to get ideas across. When collaborating with others, you can see what they are doing and where their cursor is in real-time. In terms of sharing and inviting others onto the whiteboard, I like that there are multiple types of permissions you can choose to give people.
