Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
We are using it internally for diagrams related to our software/customer use cases. It addresses the schematics for our internal design and or customer schematics to illustrate how IronNet products fit into their environment, and as well as an internal illustration of our product design. Lucid's broad range of shapes allow multiple teams of different technologies - whether its hardware, software or cloud to illustrate our technology stacks and allow teams to work on the diagrams cross teams without much fuss in terms of collaboration and the fact is it's a cloud-based application that requires no software installation and performs well.
- Navigation around the UX is intuitive.
- No lag in terms of complex diagrams load or editing.
- Large array of shapes to work with.
- Changing lines properties - More features please!
- Connection points between objects can be better - snap to connect some times changes the line drawn into a tangled mess.
- Great productivity tool as it is so intuitive - no learning curve
- Collaborative editing is a big PLUS
- Performance is definitely great
- Time savings? For sure. No software to install, no collaborative integration needed to be done or manage.
I have not used any of the integration yet. May integrate with Google down the road. But at this time, it is serving the main purpose of a quick diagram collaborative tool with my teams.
