Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
For building and maintaining business processes.
- Adds Links
- Allows photos to be embedded
- Links process to process
- Starting a process on the page where you want it
- Altering box sizes
- Mobing the arrows around other boxes or processes, make also the direction pointers larger
- You cannot add a comment box mid arrow
- It isnot as easy to use as MS Visio
- It helps agents capture all relevant information in a process
- It is though a bit clunky so they tend not to drill down into further links.
We do not need to link them for what we do.
