Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

I've recently used Lucidspark to visualize our company's ABM program, specifically the campaigns and reporting we're planning to roll out to 3 different regions over the next 3 quarters. It's not a tool that's currently being used across the whole organization - I started using Lucidspark because it easily allowed me to translate my recommendations to a visual medium and easily present these recommendations to my larger team. In terms of the business programs it addresses - I feel like our company (and many companies) is sometimes too text-heavy/text-forward in our presentations; I've found that by using Lucidspark, I have to rely on significantly less text to easily communicate recommended plans.
  • Collaboration
  • Visualization
  • Organization
  • Real-time changes
  • No option to zoom into the chart after exporting. This forces me to break up the chart into smaller pieces, which isn't ideal.
  • Improves meeting effectiveness
  • Increases quick stakeholder buy-in
I think this product is super easy to use - I'm a marketer (so my technical knowledge isn't that extensive), and I've easily been able to figure out how to do everything I've wanted. There's nothing that I've ever wanted to do that I couldn't easily figure out.
The only integration I've leveraged thus far has been Google Drive - it's nice to be able to save anything I create in the product to a centralized, organized hub for existing content.
I would rate Lucidspark's quality and reliability as a virtual whiteboard as top-notch. If I'm in a meeting with other folks on my team, presenting something I've recently created, it's super easy for us to change things up as needed while reviewing. This has allowed us to make the most of our meeting time, and have the greatest positive impacts on our projects.
Rating this a 7 because my knowledge of Lucidspark support is pretty limited - I've looked into some documentation, which was very easy to understand and digest. However, I've never communicated with anyone via email/chat, so I can't really speak to the strength of these options. I do think it's worth mentioning that I didn't need to leverage support because the product was so easy to use.

Do you think Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite's feature set?

Yes

Did Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite again?

Yes

I wasn't involving in the buying decision and I haven't compared this tool with any similar products. However, considering how happy I am with the tool, I would seek to use Lucidspark on all my future projects - so, for this reason, similar products are kind of irrelevant to me.
I would recommend Lucidspark to any colleague who's looking to easily translate a program or campaign plan. I think the product is probably best suited to a program or campaign with a lot of moving pieces, as the tool makes it easy to see how things are connected, when different pieces of the project are starting/ending/etc.

I think Lucidspark would likely be less appropriate for use in projects that are actively up and running or for use in a post-project debrief. I think the product's real strength is being able to plot out a project and get sign-off from a group of stakeholders, as the tool makes it very easy to quickly grasp what's included in the project.
