Overall Satisfaction with Luigi's Box

We use Luigi's Box for E-merchandising product suggestions and internal searches. The internal search bar is used a lot on our website. We had a problem with a low average basket.The "Last seen" function has been a great advantage for our site.
  • the Luigi's Box algorithm is effective for internal searches
  • customisation of the front-end interface
  • integrating the feed with Channable (feed management tool) was a bit complex at first, but once that was done, it was much simpler.
  • more personalised product recommendations
  • We've gone from an average basket of 90 euros to around 100 euros.
  • The product managers have new ideas for products to integrate.

Superb support: the discovery of our needs was very well organised. The support with the specifications gave me confidence (compared with other companies that don't take our specific needs into account). Once the tool was in place, we had 2 meetings to get to grips with it, with recorded videos so that we could go through the motions again.
