Overall Satisfaction with Malomo

We use Malomo for all customer-facing shipment tracking. In addition to providing a beautifully branded tracking page, we are able to share blog articles, care & use instructions, and other educational content for new customers as well as cross-sell other products in our catalog.

Malomo was taking a much more holistic, customer/marketing-centric approach at a comparable price to AfterShip which primarily offered basic landing page functionality and internal tools. Malomo opens up a new marketing channel for existing customers which is extremely valuable as there are only a handful of channels that can be used effectively in this arena.

Malomo is a no-brainer for any eCommerce company. It turns shipment tracking into a beautifully branded customer touchpoint and opens up a new retention marketing channel as new customers often check their tracks multiple times. All of this at an affordable price.
