Overall Satisfaction with Malwarebytes
Be Careful!!! With over 1,300 endpoints protected for years, I can say this is a great product. OUR PROBLEM IS: Three weeks ago, I paid for a renewal for 88 licenses through their online payment portal. The next day, they reversed that charge from my credit card and made an unauthorized charge of DOUBLE, over $13,800. It's been three weeks, and they keep asking me to be patient while they figure out where my refund is. I even messaged the CEO via LinkedIn, and still NO REFUND! Who does this?

- Vulnerabilities and Patch Management module is invaluable
- Accounting is amateurish and unprofessional
- Double billed on a renewal of 88 clients three weeks ago and no refund yet
- ACCOUNTING - they overcharged me over $6,000
- NO REFUND after three weeks
- Messaged the CEO on LinkedIn and he "escalated" this to his team
- Still NO REFUND
- Replaced worthless CISCO Umbrella and AMP with Malwarebytes.
- 1,000% improvement in all areas of endpoint protection
- Unfortunately, I can't get them to refund my money after they double-billed me.
Night and day difference. Low overhead, not a single breach in over 5 years with Malwarebytes.
