Manatal enabled our agency to grow.
- It's nice that we can share candidates directly with our clients in Manatal. In this way, there's no longer a need to send profiles by email.
- All feedback and interactions are kept in the same place.
- Besides that, this is free. Instead of sending emails back and forth, we can now work together much more quickly.
- In general, the AI recommendation function works very well English resumes.
- It could be better for resumes in other languages than English, though.
- Nevertheless, the boolean search works effectively and still enables us to swiftly recognize potential candidates.
