- Marketo enables us to nurture our marketing database from "prospect" to "Automated Qualified Lead"
- As with any software product, Marketo's software has a specific taxonomy that took some time to get used to. (e.g. what's a "program" vs. a "campaign")
- We have been able to directly integrate marketing's lead management process with sales' opportunity management process in SF.com. The transparency enabled by this integration is highly valuable.
