Marketo - A solution that meets many day-to-day needs
Overall Satisfaction with Marketo
Pros
- Engagement Metrics - Allows me to quickly determine how content is engaging subscribers.
- Automation - Built for a marketing, allows users to create multi-step campaign workflows and supports conditional logic.
- Dynamic content support.
Cons
- Dynamic Segments - while a feature, could use a bit more UX work. I don't find it as simple to use as it could be.
- Landing Pages - pretty much required in order to use the product to its full potential.
- Customer Engagement (Advanced) - this is an add-on, but is pretty critical to the day-to-day of a marketer.
- Increased efficiency - the tools work well and have streamlined many marketing processes.
- Lead conversion, when done with landing pages, is easy to see and track.
- Reporting is real-time and fairly robust.
