Pros
- Behavior based scoring, makes it really easy to build targeted campaigns.
Cons
- My biggest "issue" with Marketo was that lack of a good knowledge base. Trying to find answers through the help sections was always a challenge.
- Marketo was much easier to use than Pardot, so it made us happy!
- We implemented Marketo as part of a larger strategy change, and had a positive impact on ROI. I wouldn't say that the increase was only Marketo but it definitely made a difference.
