Overall Satisfaction with Marketo

Marketo is prime product of our company. We are consultants of this system. It is being used by everyone in the organization except for Human Resources. Most people in the company are consultants for this system and require a high level of involvement with this system.

  • Missing Functionality - Recovering Deleted Reports in Analytics
  • I would like to see - ability to move assets from programs to reorganize folders

Marketo was selected by the company, Perkuto.
It is up to 100% likely that the Perkuto will renew with Marketo. This has to do with the company and their relations to Marketo. As Consultants, we work on the Marketo system by building, supporting, and managing clients who are new or existing customers to Marketo. These services extend to Marketo concierge services as well. So it is very likely this will be renewed.
