Overall Satisfaction with Marketo

We use Marketo throughout the entire organization. In Marketing we specifically use the Marketo interface, but our sales people use it to send emails through the Salesforce.com plug-in.

  • Heavy software - long load times
  • A few included tools that are just irrelevant or unused
  • Marketo provides great tracking of leads and significantly helps us track and define our funnel and conversions.
Marketo is much more than just an automated email-blasting program. It provides great insight into your lead database and activity of these leads.
