Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Marketo to increase reach and engagement to our existing members as well as prospective members. Marketo has allowed us to increase our overall customer engagement, as well as increasing our efficiency and speed. We've been pleased with the flexibility of integration with our CRM systems and Marketo's analytics, which have allowed us to get a much better understanding of what matters most to our members.

Flexible integration with Salesfoece.com and other CRM systems helps support efficiency and maintain data quality
Campaign templates allow for speed in development and deployment of campaigns, along with A/B testing for increased performance
Analytics and metrics provide a wealth of data in real-time to allow us to make decisions quickly

Would like to see more information or documentation around 'Munchkin' tracking usage

Marketo is a great all-around marketing automation tool. There are some complexities around dealing with events and event tracking that might be performed easier in your CRM. As far as nurture, engagement and program roll-out [is concerned], Marketo is very solid. The Marketo community, in particular is very strong and extremely helpful in helping users troubleshoot or determine ways to make the most of the system.
