Overall Satisfaction with Marketo

We use Marketo for sales and marketing [needs] related to our school and district subscription-based platform. Marekto allows us to leverage the great content we've built, exponentially. It also allows us to deliver sales-ready leads to the sales team, cutting the sales cycle time and increasing conversions. Marketo provides great insight into the effectiveness of our programs and business.
  • Lead scoring: Marketo's lead scoring allows us to leverage what we know about effective marketing programs and turn that into actionable data for the sales team.
  • Lead nurture: Marketo makes it easy to move leads through the funnel and deliver core messaging to leads.
  • Programs: Marketo allows us to easily create and deliver all the assets needed for highly integrated marketing programs.
  • It would be helpful if it were easier to match Salesforce opportunity information with Marketo reports. Marketo doesn't seem to be able to easily generate a report to show that Marketo 'sees' the same number of opportunities as Salesforce.
  • The launch pack is fantastic, but after that is done, it is a little difficult to get quick, helpful answers (the community can be slow and confusing)
  • More leads are more engaged.
  • Sales cycles are shorter since we deliver more qualified leads to the sales team.
  • We have a deeper understanding of effective marketing programs due to the robust analytics Marketo provides.
LoopFuse lacks the robust integration with Salesforce that Marketo has. Because of this, much of the "automation" is lost.
You should have a Salesforce type implementation as well and ensure that this "talks" to Marketo. This Salesforce type solution should be well along in the implementation process.
