Overall Satisfaction with Marketo
We are mainly using Marketo to send blast emails. We also have a few simple nurture programs running that we plan to expand upon in the future. It is mainly being used by the marketing department but the sales teams are utilizing it as well. Marketo makes it easy to segment our audiences and get the right message to the right person.
- The integration with Salesforce works very well.
- The reporting features of Marketo, specifically the ability to see who has opened, clicked or unsubscribed to emails is very helpful. And the ease at which we can then follow up or act on those actions is very helpful.
- The ability to allow Leads to maintain their own email subscriptions is a huge plus.
- I would like to see the initial training for the product conducted differently. I think that it needs to be tailored to the specific client.
