Overall Satisfaction with Marketo

We use Marketo across our organization in all divisions globally. In does a great job at tracking leads and their behavior.
  • Email campaign logic, suppressing and including from post, current and future campaigns.
  • Customizing tools, tokens at lead and program levels are extremely handy.
  • Marketo does a great job at listening to their customers; any ideas that are posted, they will keep a keen eye on it to see how much traction that idea is getting and will implement it if worthwhile.
  • The program token can't be used in triggers.
  • Analytics is a bit weak.
  • The design side often does not pick up the changes.
  • It has a positive impact, we are able to show how marketing has had hands in on ROI.
Marketo is one of top players in this industry. They react to changes, the demand to industry need and customers.
